This agreement releases Corinne Bach, the Bach School of Voice, and Bach Entertainment, LLC (collectively referred to as the “Company”) from all liability relating to participation in any Company-related activity (collectively, the “Activity”). Activity includes but is not limited to: private voice lessons, group classes, workshops, rehearsals, masterclasses, performances, auditions, recordings, events (online or in person), and related travel.

By signing this agreement, I agree to hold the Company entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries or emotional distress incurred, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I further agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, losses, or damages to personal property, liabilities, and costs (including attorney’s fees) resulting from my participation in the Activity or travel related thereto. If the Company incurs any of these expenses, I agree to reimburse the Company.

I release and waive any right to sue the Company, its employees, officers, teachers, contractors, volunteers, or agents for any claims of physical injury, illness (including death), emotional distress, or economic loss arising from participation in the Activity or related travel.

If I am signing as a parent or legal guardian, I grant permission for my child to participate in the Activity and accept full responsibility for their actions and obligations under this agreement. I understand and agree to be bound by its terms.

I have read this document carefully and sign it freely. I understand that by signing, I am:

1. Releasing the Company from all liability on my behalf and/or the Participant’s behalf;

2. Waiving the right to sue the Company; and

3. Assuming all risks of participation in any Activity conducted by the Company.

Media Release

I hereby consent to the Company’s use of my and/or my child’s name, voice, likeness, image, and any statements made by or attributed to me and/or my child for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes in any and all media, now known or later developed, in perpetuity and worldwide. I release and waive any claims arising from such use, including rights of publicity or privacy, false light, copyright or trademark infringement, defamation, or any other alleged violation of personal or property rights..
